THE NUMBERS

Forty-six years of finance and accounting all started in 1976 when Zoltan completed Business College. Upon graduation, his first job was doing payroll, accounting and specializing in truckers' fuel tax returns.

Fast forward 11 years, and he became the half-owner and CFO of a mid-sized trucking company here in Phoneix. He sold his interest after 10 years, and purchased a retail store.

Realizing that retail was not his forte, but finance and accounting being his strong suits, Zoltan started originating mortgages for Precision Mortgage, Inc. in 2003.

His experience in business, finance, and accounting has helped him understand and accommodate each of his client's unique financial needs and objectives. Being a loan originator is much more than taking orders.
